The panel has a set of indicator lights (4) to be visible on a display surface, by a user of the panel. A set of light sources e.g. LEDs, are positioned in a case (3) of a display device (1) and behind the display surface from a normal point of view of the user of the panel. Each light source is associated with each light. The case includes partition walls for the light such that the light source illuminates one of the lights from the set of lights. The partition walls are tilted relative to direction that is perpendicular to the display surface. The case is made of a single part by plastic molding.
