PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a micro pump that prevents the degradation of a tube and has high discharge accuracy.SOLUTION: A micro pump 10 includes: a tube, part of which is arranged in an arcuate shape and which has elasticity; fingers 40-46 that are radially arranged; a tube unit 11 that has a first tube guide frame 17 and a second tube guide frame 18 for retaining the tube 50 and a plurality of fingers 40-46; a cam 20 that sequentially presses the fingers 40-46; a driving part that imparts a rotation force to the cam 20; a control circuit part 30 that performs drive control of the driving part; a control unit 12 that a first machine frame 15 and a second machine frame 16 for retaining the cam 20, the driving part and the control circuit part 30; a reservoir 14, with which an influx port 52 of the tube 50 is communicated; and a battery 120 that supplies power to the control circuit part 30. The tube unit 11 is removablly is mounted to the control unit 12 on its rotation surface of the cam in an almost horizontal direction. |
