PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging flat tube that can secure a pressure resisting strength, and also improve saving materials and heat exchanging performance, and to provide a heat exchanger including such a heat exchanging flat tube.SOLUTION: Heat exchanging flat tubes 41, 42, 43, ... are formed of multiple flow path holes ho arranged in the queue where a refrigerant go through. The profile of the flow path holes ho is hexagonal. In case the value of a distance t1 between adjacent flow path holes ho is undimensionalized by a distance h between the opposing sides L1 and L2 of a hexagon is t1/h and the value of the minimum dimension t2 from the outer circumferential plane of a flat tube to a through-hole is undimensionalized by a distance h is t2/h, a relationship of 0.25≤(t2/h)/(t1/h)≤0.90 (formula 1) is established. |
