PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To essentially reduce discontinuity of images due to deflection of a top plate without the need of preliminary scanning.SOLUTION: An X-ray computer tomography device includes: a bed 121 having a structure for movably supporting a top plate 120 for mounting a subject on one side; an X-ray generation part 101 for generating X-rays; a detection part 103 for detecting the X-rays generated from the X-ray generation part and transmitted through the subject; a rotating mechanism 102 for rotating the X-ray generation part and the detection part around a prescribed rotary axis; a reconfiguration processing part 114 for reconfiguring a plurality of three-dimensional images on the basis of the output of the detection part; a top plate extraction part 113 for extracting a top plate area from each of the plurality of three-dimensional images; a shift amount measuring part 117 for measuring the shift amount of a front end position of the top plate area on one three-dimensional image and the rear end position of the top plate area on the three-dimensional image in the three-dimensional images adjacent to each other among the plurality of three-dimensional images; and a composite image generation part for generating a composite image in which the level difference of a top plate position is dissolved by combining the plurality of three-dimensional images while correcting positions on the basis of the shift amount. |
