PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect communication trouble at an early stage when the communication trouble is caused. SOLUTION: After an operation instruction is transmitted to a CU communication control unit by a main control unit, a communication state request showing whether or not a reception state of the operation instruction is appropriate is transmitted.
