PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for an aerosol can barrel having high pressure resistance even with a thin wall and capable of suppressing an earing ratio lower, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy sheet for an aerosol can barrel having a board thickness of 0.6 to 0.8 mm and an earing ratio of 2% or less is obtained by hot rolling after a homogenization treatment of an alloy ingot of JIS A3104 having a Mg content of 1.1 mass% or less, then a cold rolling, at least one time intermediate annealing by using a continuous annealing furnace at a reaching temperature of 505 to 565°C, and after the final intermediate annealing, a final cold rolling with a rolling ratio of 8 to 18% till a final board thickness, and a stabilization annealing optionally can be conducted after the final cold rolling. |
