An embodiment of the present invention relates to a variable heat exchanging apparatus of a flow layer boiler. A technical problem to be solved is to provide the variable heat exchanging apparatus of a flow layer boiler capable of realizing a stable and efficient power generation cycle by changing a heat conduction area for each heat exchanger according to situations when a heat distribution load is changed by an operation load and an operation condition change. For the forementioned, the variable heat exchanging apparatus of a flow layer boiler disclosed by the present invention includes a variable heat exchanger operated by a evaporator or a superheater in the flow layer boiler. According to the embodiment, the disclosed variable heat exchanging apparatus of a flow layer boiler more includes: an evaporator entrance header which supplies water to the variable heat exchanger; a superheater entrance header which supplies steam to the variable heat exchanger; and a valve which supplies water from the evaporator entrance header to the variable heat exchanger or supplies steam from the superheater entrance header to the variable heat exchanger according to the heat absorption amount of the evaporator and the heat absorption amount of the superheater.
