<p>The present invention relates to a vehicle airbag device which prevents injuries caused by an unnecessary airbag operation by ensuring an airbag in the back seat not to be operated when a passenger is seated at the center of the back seat depending on riding conditions. The vehicle airbag device comprises an impact detection unit which detects the impact of a vehicle; a seating detection unit which detects whether a passenger is seated at the center of the back seat; a control unit which outputs a selective airbag operation signal depending on the vehicle impact detected by the impact detection sensor and depending on whether a passenger is seated in the back seat, which is detected by the seating detection unit; and an airbag operation unit which selectively operates each airbag according to the selective airbag operation signal output by the control unit.</p> |
