A battery cell with a patterned shape according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an electrode assembly having an electrode tap; an electrode lead connected to the electrode tap; and a pouch case which receives the electrode assembly by sealing an edge region while the electrode lead is drawn to the outside and has a pressure pattern formed on at least one of both sides. According to the present invention, a patterned shape corresponding to the mounting surface of a device is formed on the outer surface of a battery cell. Thus, the generation of a dead space can be minimized when the device is installed.
