The present invention relates to a power module which includes a main body which has a power device; at least one lead frame which is electrically connected to the power device and protrudes from the edge of one side of the main body; a heat radiation housing which receives the main body to be inserted from the edge of the other side of the main body; and a coupling part which is formed in the main body corresponding to the shape of a coupling slit which is formed in the heat radiation housing. The entire size is reduced, thereby facilitating a mounting process, improving heat radiation efficiency, and maintaining a stable coupling condition. |
