<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board or the like which has a wiring conductor excellent in oxidation resistance under a high-temperature environment.SOLUTION: A wiring board 1 comprises: an insulating base 2 composed of a ceramic sintered compact; an electrode 3 formed on a principal surface of the insulating base 2; and internal wiring 4 which is formed inside the insulating base 2 and connected to the electrode 3. The internal wiring 4 has a passivation film 4a containing an oxide on a surface. The passivation film 4a contains TiO2 and Al2O3 when the inside of the internal wiring 4 is an Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti-Al alloy 4b. With this configuration, over-sintering caused by immersion of glass contained in the insulating base 2 into Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti-Al alloy 4b particles is unlikely to occur and achieve excellent oxidation resistance under the high-temperature environment.</p> |
