<p>Disclosed are a mobile terminal which can easily change settings related to the mobile terminal through a touch panel located on the outer side of a display unit, and a control method thereof. The mobile terminal of the present invention comprises: a display unit; a rear camera for obtaining an image in the rear direction of the mobile terminal (hereinafter referred to as a rear image); a front camera for obtaining an image in the front direction of the mobile terminal (hereinafter referred to as a front image); and a control unit for obtaining at least one of a separation distance to a user, who is using the mobile terminal, and a position at which the user looks, from the front image obtained from the front camera, and controlling an output area, which may be outputted through the display unit, from the rear image based on at least one of the separation distance and the position at which the user looks.</p> |
