<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a capacity distribution change according to the use state of a storage battery, to achieve efficient operation.SOLUTION: In a storage battery use state monitoring device 10 for monitoring the use state of an elevator storage battery, in which a use capacity is allocated to a region for power blackout time continuation operation which is used for drive at commercial power blackout, a region for normal time assistance which is used for drive at a normal time, a currently unused region, and an ever unused region, a measurement unit 10a measures the use state of a storage battery 8a per predetermined period (for example, one day). An analyzer unit 10b calculates an average of a predetermined period (for example, one month), on the basis of the use state measured at the measurement unit 10a, to analyze the use state of the storage battery 8a on the basis of the calculated average. A change part 10c changes the allocation of the use capacity of the storage battery 8a on the basis of the analysis result by the analyzer unit 10b.</p> |
