ELECTRONIC BUSINESS METHOD USING FINANCIAL TRANSACTION LINKAGE BASED ON ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT

The present invention relates to an electronic commerce method through financial transaction linkage based on an electronic document. The electronic commerce method of the present invention includes the steps of: generating a first electronic transaction document by inputting requester transaction information including transaction money information and account information of a transaction requester into an electronic transaction form document and inserting autographic information of the transaction requester; generating a second electronic transaction document by inputting recipient transaction information including account information of a transaction recipient and autographic information of the transaction recipient into the first electronic transaction document; extracting encoding target remittance information including the account information of the transaction requester, the account information of the transaction recipient and the transaction money information included in the second electronic transaction document; encoding the encoding target remittance information with a public key issued by an authentication institution server; and performing remittance processing, after a financial institution server decodes encoding remittance data with a private key corresponding to the public key. According to the present invention, the electronic transaction method has the effect of improving convenience of a user related with electronic transaction and preventing transaction content denial by a transaction party, by including an electronic stamp between sheets generated on the basis of the autographic information of transaction parties and a financial transaction linkage function to a standardized electronic transaction form document.
