A press tearing device and press tearing method for testing a peeling ratio. The press tearing device (1) comprises a workbench (15) used for bearing a sample to be tested, and also comprises: a press mechanism (17), the press mechanism (17) being arranged above the workbench (15) and conducting synchronous relative rolling and translation relative to the workbench (15); an input unit (16) used for setting a press pressure parameter and a tearing force parameter through the input unit (16); a pressure sensor (18) and a tension sensor (19); a controller (13) electrically connected to the input unit (16), the pressure sensor (18) and the tension sensor (19) respectively; and a drive mechanism used for driving the workbench (15) to rise or fall under the control of the controller (13) and driving the press mechanism (17) to conduct synchronous relative rolling and translation with the workbench (15). When a press tearing operation for testing a peeling ratio is conducted using the press tearing device, the repeatability and stability are good, the performance of materials can be accurately reflected, and materials truly meeting the requirements can be screened out. |
