Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a bumper beam for a vehicle. The disclosed method for manufacturing a bumper beam for a vehicle comprises: a bumper beam assembling step for assembling a bumper beam member by coupling an outer bumper beam part which has a bumper cover and is made from ultra-high strength steel and an inner bumper beam part which is positioned on the inside of the outer bumper beam part and is made from an ultra-high strength steel; and a reinforcement part joining step for coupling reinforcement members to both end parts of the bumper beam member.
