<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile foundation structure of an outdoor facility which ensures: resistance force against collapse at a time of an earthquake without using a continuous foundation embedded in the ground and being limited to a particular reinforcement; and durability by delaying a progress of corrosion due to rust on a reinforcement. <P>SOLUTION: A hollow closed pile 4 has a pile head 4B which protrudes from a ground surface GL and is embedded in a foundation section CB1 constructed on the ground surface GL. Being supported by the hollow closed pile 4, the foundation section CB1 ensures sufficient resistance force against collapse of an outdoor facility 100 and thereby increasing safety. Also, a structure which supports the foundation section CB1 with the hollow closed pile 4 enables deformed reinforcement complying with a general standard to be used for a vertical reinforcement 6. The vertical reinforcement 6 is inserted into the hollow closed pile 4 from an open end 4b and integrated therewith by a filling material 8.
