<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a front end module capable of minimizing the upward and downward protrusion on an insulator which combines a carrier and a cooling module and miniaturizing the module′s overall structure. The front end module (1000), according to the present invention, comprises: the carrier (100) having upper and lower panels (110, 120) which are separately installed upward and downward at regular intervals, a side panel (130) which connects both ends of the upper panel (110) and both ends of the lower panel (120) and is installed so that it can extend in a longitudinal direction, an insertion groove (131) which is formed on the back side of the side panel (130), and first and second sliding grooves (132, 133) which are formed on the upper and lower ends of the insertion groove (131), respectively; the insulator (200) which is slidingly inserted into the insertion groove (131) by forming a first sliding protrusion (241) corresponding to the sliding groove (132) and a second sliding protrusion (242) corresponding to the second sliding groove (133) on upper and lower ends and forms a longitudinal hollowed hole (211) on the center; and the cooling module (300) having a pair of header tanks (310) wherein a protruding pin (320) protrudes in a longitudinal direction to be fitted into the hollowed hole (211) of the insulator (200).</p> |
