The present invention relates to a sketch retrieval system for searching a sketch using tag information corresponding to a relevant sketch in a captured scene of a video by a user, and asks a question by sketching the scene, a user equipment, a service method, and a computer readable medium having a computer program recorded therefor. The present invention may include the steps of: importing a sketch which plays a role as a guide from the video having the tag information; extracting sketch images by using stroke recognition information produced while sketching the sketch as a guide, which allows the user to apply a sketching target accurately from the beginning and to sketch by with the help of the sketch as a guide; therefore, the searching efficiency can be increased when performing a search using the sketch results.
