<p>The present invention, in an apparatus for food waste disposal using microorganism, relates to an apparatus for food waste disposal having a stirring wing with a resilient member and a knife blade member, which comprises: a chamber wherein an inlet portion is formed in an upper portion, and an outlet portion is formed in a lower portion; and a stirring shaft rotated by a motor which is operated by a command of a control unit.
