PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably measure a surface temperature of a rotor of a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A rotor temperature measurement device includes: temperature measurement elements 3 provided in an axial direction of a rotor 11 at a space between the rotor 11 and a stator 12 of a rotary electric machine 10; and a temperature calculator 2 which calculates a temperature of the rotor 11 in an axial direction on the basis of temperatures measured by the temperature measurement elements 3 and installation positions of the temperature measurement elements 3. |
