<p>The present invention relates to a mold for a curved panel of a prefabricated dome house, which enables the foam molding of a curved panel having an inner concave surface and an outer convex surface. The mold of the present invention comprises: a first mold consisting of a first curved member having a convex form at one side in order to form an inner surface of the curved panel and a first protrusion member protruding from the edge of the first curved member at one side such that uneven parts are formed along the edge of the inner surface of the curved panel; a second mold consisting of a second curved member capable of being coupled with or separated from the first mold by advancing or reversing to have an outer concave surface at one side in order to form the outer surface of the curved panel and a second protrusion member protruding from the edge of one side of the second curved member such that uneven parts are formed facing the first protrusion member; a support mold installed inside the second protrusion member and formed with a cross section area decreasing toward the second curved member to make the outer concave portion of the curved panel inclined; and a movable member fixated to the support mold, coupled with or separated from the second protrusion member by sliding and also separated from the second protrusion member when the second mold reverses.</p> |
