The present specification provides a copolymer and an organic solar cell comprising the same. The present specification provides a copolymer comprising: a first unit represented by chemical formula 1; a second unit represented by chemical formula 2; and a third unit represented by chemical formula 3. In addition, the present specification provides an organic solar cell which includes: a first electrode; a second electrode disposed to face the first electrode; and an organic material layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and containing one or more organic layers including a photoactive layer, wherein one or more organic layers contain the copolymer.
