摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing powder for utilizing swine bristles wherein productivity is increased by weakening bonding force of cysteine bonds through a heat treatment reaction of slaughter byproducts; the powder has excellent performance as a fertilizer and a feed additive as the powder has a high amino acid content; and a decomposition speed can be adjusted by using microorganisms capable of decomposing protein. The present invention provides an organic fertilizer with a high amino acid content which can adjust a decomposition speed of slaughter byproducts such as animal bristles, including swine bristles, cow bristles, chicken bristles, and portions such as toenails which are not processed and not edible. The decomposition speed is adjusted by adding microorganisms to swine bristle powder produced by imposing thermal force on the bristles. Productivity of the organic fertilizer is increased and disgusting odor and malodor are removed by accelerating decomposition of malodor-generating substances included in the slaughter byproducts through the microorganism. The powder for utilizing swine bristles has high amino acid content and provides a slow release fertilizer effect when applied on crops. Therefore, the powder for utilizing swine bristles has excellent performance as a fertilizer. The powder for utilizing swine bristles can increase production efficiency by reducing a production period of a fertilizer.</p>
