PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales managing system for housing material capable of easily and effectively estimating housing material. SOLUTION: This sales managing system for housing material used when sending an order to a manufacturer or a seller for housing material needed at a building or redecorating site of a dwelling house is characterized by that it is provided with a management server connected with an orderer or the like via a network, a first storing means built in the management server or connected to it and storing at least prices of housing materials along with their commodity codes, a second storing means built in the management server or connected to it and storing at least images of the housing materials along with their commodity codes, an estimation request inputting means for the orderer to input an estimation request by inputting commodity codes specifying housing materials the order wishes to order, a display means displaying estimation information of the housing materials prepared by the management server and the images of the housing materials in accordance with the commodity codes input by the orderer, and a third storing means storing the estimation information per estimation request from the orderer. |
