<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a heat insulation material containing expanded perlite wherein the manufacturing process comprises: a twentieth step (S20) for preparing ground expanded perlite; a twenty first step (S21) for spraying and coating an organic/inorganic composite binder onto the expanded perlite; a twenty second step (S22) for drying the coated expanded perlite with hot air; a twenty third step (S23) for molding the dried expanded perlite at high temperatures; and a twenty fourth step (S24) for finishing and manufacturing a full-size product. The present invention excludes the former process of molding and blending binder and perlite, preventing both a breakdown of perlite particles and inner pores formed in the stage and an increase in heat conductivity and specific gravity in advance.</p> |
