<p>The present invention relates to a hot-water mat of which one side is generating heat and the other side is cooled to selectively use a function of a cooling and heating mat using cool water and the hot water. More specifically, the hot-water mat comprises: a first circulation unit enabling a fluid of a fluid tank to be supplied and circulated with a mat pump action, discharging fluid to the mat; a second circulation unit enabling the fluid to be cooled and circulated through a heat exchanger with the cooling pump action, and discharging the fluid formed in an opposite side of the first circulation unit; and one or more heating and cooling devices formed between the first and second circulation unit, heating one among the first and the second circulation unit, and cooling the other one. The heating/cooling function is used in accordance with a polar direction using a pellet device in order to selectively use the hot water or the cool water.</p> |
