<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a secondary paper roll for tissue paper products which can prevent layers of a laminated continuous sheet to which a chemical is applied from causing separation and slippage. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a secondary paper roll for tissue paper products includes a lamination process 51 to make primary continuous sheets extended from a plurality of primary base paper rolls JR into a laminated continuous sheet S2 in which the primary continuous sheets are laminated, a contact-embossing process 54 to provide a contact-embossing treatment to prevent interlayer separation and slippage to the laminated continuous sheet S2, a chemical application process 53 to apply a chemical to the laminated continuous sheet S2, a slitting process 55 to slit the laminated continuous sheet S2 to give it a product width of the tissue paper product or a multiple times larger width after the contact-embossing process 54, and a winding process 56 to concentrically wind the slit laminated continuous sheets S2 and form a plurality of secondary paper rolls R having a product width of the tissue paper product or the multiple times larger width. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
