The present invention relates to a direction and/or location guidance system using a laser beam, which guides people who are present in a zone in which a disaster occurs so as to rapidly evacuate the people to an emergency exit or a shelter when a state of emergency such as a fire, an outage, and an earthquake occurs in a space in which many people gather such as a large-scale building, a subway station building, and an underground shopping center, and which guides a driver to the boundary of a road in weather conditions such as snow, rain and fog or guides a driver to a point of a ball to be hit on a golf course, and the system includes: a laser diode emitting a laser beam so as to move the same in a form of continuous laser beams over all areas of a laser beam scanning region by projecting the laser beams in a scanning manner; a rotational plate for fixing and supporting the laser diode and rotating the laser diode in a predetermined angle range; and a motor connected to the rotational plate so as to provide rotational power.
