PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of enhancing its operating efficiency by using either a heat pump or a gas furnace for performing heating load processing. ! SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 100 capable of heating a room includes a heat pump unit 6, a gas furnace unit 50, a fan unit 40, and a main controller 20. The main controller 20 selects one of heat-pump heating operation and gas-furnace heating operation and performs operation control so that a set temperature is reached. The main controller 20 stops the operation when the set temperature is reached, and then restarts the operation when operation restarting conditions are satisfied after determining which to perform the heat-pump heating operation or the gas-furnace heating operation on the basis of operation history information. !
