<p>The present invention relates to a display port FPGA module of a display device test equipment. In the past, there has been a limit to test one display device by one DP module with a configuration where an input and an output are connected one to one. The present invention enables a user to test a number of display devices by one DP module, by connecting a number of LVDS ports, FPGA and a number of DP connectors, and making a control part control to connect an input of a multiplexer to a number of display ports one to multi, multi to one and multi to multi by comprising the multiplexer and the display ports in the FPGA, and correcting a precharge section of response data automatically, and then supporting all output data rates.</p> |
