<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a mechanism for identifying a communication terminal number assigned to a non-telephone terminal (data communication exclusive terminal) into a mechanism for determining valid and invalid of mobile phone number and making a database, in a situation where various data communication exclusive services, developed by mobile phone network operators or virtual mobile communication providers, has rapidly spread.SOLUTION: A call setting message addressed to a communication terminal number active in some data communication exclusive service is transmitted to ISDN, and a criteria are created by extracting the reason display and the generation source of a disconnection message responded from a network. A call setting message addressed to a number, the usage of which is unknown, is transmitted to ISDN, and then the reason display and the generation source of a disconnection message responded from a network are extracted and collated with the criteria.</p> |
