PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat shield sheet fireproof equipment capable of enhancing heat insulation performance to a flame, flame heat and radiation heat, by surely shielding between both sides of a heat shield sheet and a guide rail when a fire is caused, with a simple constitution. ! SOLUTION: A fireproof device is installed so as to cover an opening part 1 of a building with a heat shield sheet, and forms a slipping-out preventive part 3a on both left-right sides of a bendable heat resistant heat shield sheet 3, and is installed in a space part of a guide rail 4 provided on both sides of the opening part 1, and is vertically movably guided along a guide groove 4a having a width larger than a thickness of the heat shield sheet 3 and smaller than a thickness of the slipping-out preventive part 3a.
