PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create the rich expression of a character. ! SOLUTION: A character creation support device for supporting the creation of a character includes: a user operation functioning part 7 for accepting the input operation of a user; a parts data storage part 9 for storing a plurality of parts data for plotting each element configuring a character expression including the face of the character; a related information storage part 11 for storing the history of parts data used for the existing character expression; a relevancy determination part 3 for, when at least one parts data are selected by the user, calculating inter-parts relevancy indicating possibility that unselected parts are combined with the selected parts data on the basis of the history of the parts data; and a display part 1 for displaying the unselected parts data in a descending order of the calculated inter-parts relevancy, and for displaying the character expression being constituted. !
