PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus capable of reducing the possibility of spoofing by a third party in broadcast communication employing a common key encryption. ! SOLUTION: A reception section receives a packet signal transmitted in a broadcast manner from another terminal apparatus which shares a communication key therewith. When a message included in the packet signal is not security processed with the common key encryption using the communication key, a frame processing section 14 discards the message.
