Disclosed is a system for providing a safety forecast using weather information. The system for providing a safety forecast using weather information includes: an index calculation unit which receives current weather information or forecasted weather information per region and calculates at least one from crime indexes and life indexes of a future specific time or a future specific period by using the received information; a database storing a notification message by section for each of the crime indexes and the life indexes; and a transmission unit which searches the notification message of the section corresponding to the crime index or the life index calculated in the index calculation unit to transfer the searched notification message to a user terminal.
