PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively inhibit waste water adhering to a cleaning part from dropping to a light receiving surface in a solar panel cleaning device which cleans the light receiving surface of a solar panel with the cleaning part.SOLUTION: A solar panel cleaning device includes: a body part 10 which travels on a light receiving surface 100a of a solar panel; a cleaning part 20 which moves on the light receiving surface 100a, on which a cleaning fluid is scattered, with the body part 10 to clean the light receiving part 100a; and a control part 13 which performs a self-cleaning mode for removing waste water adhering to the cleaning part 20 when the cleaning part 20 protrudes from an end of the light receiving surface 100a.
