PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high maintainability with a reduced influence of a radiation noise.SOLUTION: A power conversion apparatus to be loaded on a work vehicle is provided. A plurality of support members 15 support an upper layer plate 14 to a base plate 10 in a manner to be apart mutually. The plurality of support members 15 are screwed detachably to the upper layer plate 14, respectively. A plurality of circuit elements 12 are mounted to either of the base plate 10 or the upper layer plate 14. A cover 16 covers the circuit elements 12 mounted on the upper layer plate 14, and is screwed detachably to the upper layer plate 14. A fastening member 18 for fastening between the upper layer plate 14 and the plurality of support members 15 is disposed at a position to be detachable in a state that the cover 16 is attached to the upper layer plate 14. |
