<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor device which can be used even at high temperatures, enables the increase in the bonding strength of a covering part including glass as a primary component, and an electrode line; and a temperature sensor arranged by use of such a thermistor device.SOLUTION: A thermistor element 21 comprises: a thermistor part 10, of which the electric property is changed according to the change in temperature of a measurement atmosphere; electrode lines 40 connected to the thermistor part 10; and a covering part 50 which covers the thermistor part 10 together with a part of each electrode line 40 exposed to the outside of the thermistor part 10. The electrode lines 40 are made of a material including Sr as well as platinum or a platinum alloy including platinum and at least one platinum group element. The covering part 50 is made of a material including a primary component of glass. As to the electrode lines 40, in a surface layer ranging from the surface of a region of each electrode line, which is exposed to the outside of the thermistor part 10 and covered by the covering part 50 to a depth of 5μm thereinside, Sr oxide is discontinuously precipitated in a range of 0.5-10.0 vol.%.</p> |
