PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, an imaging control method and a program, capable of stably recording a video image by interval imaging.SOLUTION: A CPU 21 controls to repeat recording an image continuously imaged by an imaging unit 11 at predetermined timing as a moving image. The CPU 21 controls to selectively record, as one of a still image or a moving image, an image continuously imaged by the imaging unit 11, according to the motion of the imaging apparatus 1 itself based on the detection result of an acceleration sensor 15 and the detection result of an image/infrared sensor 16 by the imaging unit 11. In a situation of the occurrence of a subject vibration or a view angle vibration, the recording is made after being switched to the still image. |
