<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor capable of stabilizing an output signal even when the temperature in the vicinity of the acceleration sensor changes.SOLUTION: The acceleration sensor includes: an acceleration detection element 42; a support plate 46 having acceleration generation means 46a; a processing circuit 50 which is electrically connected to the acceleration detection element 42 and the support plate 46; and a case 52 storing the acceleration detection element 42, the support plate 46 and the processing circuit 50. The acceleration detection element 42 and the support plate 46 are formed of an identical material.</p> |
