<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering stone guard device capable of restraining damage to a sound insulating wall and generation of secondary collision sounds from being caused by scattering stones, when a cutting face close to the sound insulating wall is excavated by blasting.SOLUTION: A scattering stone guard device 20 includes a blocking curtain 21 that has a blocking face 43 covering a sound insulating wall 10, installed near a pit mouth T1 of a tunnel T, on the side of the cutting face T2 and blocking scattering stones associated with blasting excavation of the cutting face T2, and a large number of openings 44 dispersedly formed throughout the blocking face 43 and permitting passage of a blast associated with the blasting excavation.</p> |
