FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of seed breeding of grain crops. The invention is a method of reproduction of varieties of grain crops, characterized in that the plants of the variety are selected by phenotype, threshed, one caryopsis of each plant is electrophoresed, and according to electrophoretic spectrum of prolamines the selected plants are compared with the reference variety, where the plant progenity with deviations from the reference variety is discarded, and the plant progenity, analysed caryopsis of which correspond to the variety is combined and used for sowing the nursery-garden of reproduction of the first year.EFFECT: invention enables to accelerate production of original seeds and to eliminate the possibility of penetration of the genotypes in the seed-production crops that do not meet the variety due to objective (phenotypic and modification variability) and subjective (level of the personnel professionalism) factors.2 dwg |
