PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer member configured to prevent cracks and blade curling.SOLUTION: A secondary transfer roll 111 includes a support 112, an elastic layer 113 arranged on the support, and a surface layer 114 arranged on the elastic layer. The surface layer 114 is a single resin surface layer, or a laminate formed of the resin surface layer and an outermost surface layer. On the elastic layer, at least, a resin surface layer having a sea-island structure in which a diameter of an island part is 0.5-3 μm, and having a breaking elongation of 20-180% is formed. |
