PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the measurement accuracy of electrostatic capacitance from deteriorating due to the effect of a floating capacitance or the like in a distortion measurement device for measuring distortion of an object to be measured on the basis of the value of the electrostatic capacitance between a cylindrical electrode attached to the object to be measured and a rod-electrode attached to the object to be measured so as to be inserted into the cylindrical electrode.SOLUTION: A cylindrical electrode 72 is connected to a capacitance meter 5 by a first coaxial cable 93, and a rod-electrode 32 is connected to the capacitance meter 5 by a second coaxial cable 91. The cylindrical electrode 72 and the rod-electrode 32 are inside first and second conductive cases 71 and 31, respectively. An outer conductor 932 of the first coaxial cable is connected to the first case 71, and an outside conductor 912 of the second coaxial cable is connected to the second case 31. The first case 71 and the second case 31 are connected by a conducting path 900. |
