PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tweezer-type soldering iron which efficiently performs replacement work of tweezers.SOLUTION: A tweezer-type soldering iron melts solder thereby attaching or detaching an electronic component and includes: an iron tip part 30 having a pair of tweezers for holding the electronic component; an iron body part 31 which supports the iron tip part 30; and connection means 40 which connects the iron tip part 30 with the iron body part 31. The connection means 40 includes: a removal stopper lever 41 which is provided at one of the iron tip part 30 and the iron body part 31 and is engaged with the other of the iron tip part 30 and the iron body part 31 thereby connecting the iron tip part 30 with the iron body part 31; and a lever operation part 42 which releases the engagement state between the iron tip part 30 and the iron body part 31 which are engaged by the removal stopper lever 41.
