A black box for a bicycle having a hands-free function according to the present invention is mounted on a bicycle, and provides a memory to record a surrounding image by using an imaging unit to collect entire data recorded during a long time period of riding. The recorded data can be transmitted between mobile devices and checked. A hands-free function for calling by the black box via a wireless communication module is available while riding. A riding distance and a location when an accident occurs can be checked in real time between the mobile devices via the wireless communication module by loading GPS among functions of a sensing unit. And the black box has a structure which provides a speed and a riding distance using a distance measuring sensor. The black box has an audio module to allow a rider to listen to radio music while riding to provide the rider with convenience. Additionally, a photovoltaic module or external power can charge the black box.
