<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor including a plurality of regions having different characteristics from each other, which can be integrally manufactured to easily achieve a wider bandwidth of frequency characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor of the invention comprises: a capacitor body part composed of dielectric layers 20-22 and internal electrode layers 30-33 that are alternately laminated, and including a first region R1 and a second region R2; full-through via conductors 40, 41, 50, 51 arranged in an array; and external electrodes 60, 61, 70, 71 connected to both ends of the via conductors 40, 41, 50, 51, respectively. The via conductors 40, 41 which are a first via conductor group are electrically connected with the internal electrode layers 30-33 in the first region R1 and the second region R2. The via conductors 50, 51 which are a second via conductor group are electrically connected with the internal electrode layers 30, 31 in the first region R1 and not electrically connected with the internal electrode layers 32, 33 in the second region R2.
