摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an energy storage system and a method for controlling and monitoring daily peak load of a tunnel which is configured to preliminarily store energy generated in a tunnel and common use electricity at daily low load, and to use the electric power at daily peak load. The energy storage system is configured in a method such that: a wind power generator is installed to a side of a number of ventilating fans disposed to a ventilating device in a tunnel to generate wind power electricity by receiving rotational force of the ventilating fans when the ventilating fans rotate by wind power generated by the driving of a vehicle in the tunnel in ordinary days and by the difference of atmospheric pressure between the inside and the outside of the tunnel; a system control device charges the wind power electricity generated from the wind power generator by stabilizing into a certain magnitude of power source, charges common use electricity supplied from a power supplying company at a predetermined low load time by converting the electricity into direct current power source, blocks the common use electricity which is supplied as necessary electricity in the tunnel at a predetermined peak load time, and at the same time, supplies discharged power source by converting the power into necessary electricity in the tunnel; and the energy storage device charges a stabilizing power source and direct current power source from the system control device, and discharges the charging power source using the system control device.</p>
