PURPOSE: A soundproof wall is provided to improve a soundproof effect by blocking a noise, to increase a noise effect, to reduce a cost and to offer the light soundproof wall. CONSTITUTION: A noise generated from a road is offset by bumping in a bending portion(11") during inputting a sound-absorbing hole punched a front plate(11). The first offset noise is offset secondary by absorbing in a first glass wool(13A). The noise passed the first glass wool(13A) is arrived many divided air staying holes(14B) formed in a square box(14A) of an air staying panel(14). The noise located in the air staying wool(13A) is temporarily stayed in a second glass wool(13B) and generates a resonance at the same time by installing the second glass wool(13B) in a rear face of the air staying panel(14). Thereby a sound of high frequency is offset. And the noise is gradually reduced by offsetting with the second glass wool(13B).
